Private Classes

If you're someone who prefers one-on-one attention instead of general group classes or wants to deepen and refine their practice (or work towards specific goals) with the help of a personalised practice, then private classes are a fantastic addition to your health and well-being routine.

Whether you want increased calm, relaxation and self-awareness, a deeper relationship with your body, better flexibility and mobility, decreased tension and anxiety, improved coordination, balance and circulation, or want to use yoga and meditation as a form of self-connection, to deepen your spiritual practice or to help manage stress, private classes can teach you how to move, breathe and live with more balance and ease.

Private classes are available online via Zoom, or I can travel to your home if you have enough space. Alternatively, I can hire studio space - I hire studios in South / South West London. 

If you are a group of friends/family who would like private classes we can arrange group classes on Zoom or in person, as a one-off event or a regular class. 

I also create personalised yoga sequences that I can email over for you to do by yourself if you'd prefer. We will need to have at least 1 private sessions together so I can give you an assessment and make sure your personalised plan is safe for you to do without guidance.​

Special events are also part of my private offerings, such as Moon Circles and Cacao Ceremonies. These offerings are usually 1.5-3hrs, where I weave different practices together to best support and nurture the group in alignment with the Earth’s rhythmns and lunar cycle.
