Join us to celebrate the Spring Equinox—a time of balance, renewal, and growth. As the seasons shift and nature awakens, this is your moment to pause, reset, and bloom

In this session, we will be bringing yoga and matcha together to welcome the new beginning of Spring.

Includes

  • Yin yoga

Yin Yoga encourages deep relaxation through restful postures held for a few minutes at a time. It not only stretches the physical body but also stimulates the energy channels (meridians) within the body.  We’ll be working with the energy channels specifically connected to spring. It’s a calming practice that promotes overall openness and ease, and will end with a short restorative breathwork technique to further settle the nervous system.

  • Finding your calm with guided meditation

Once the body has settled, you’ll be guided through a meditation to help lower brain wave frequency (and calm the mind), where you’ll be prompted to feel into any intentions you’re ready set for spring; the season of new beginnings!

  • Whisking your own cup of ceremonial matcha

Matcha tea ceremonies are ancient rituals in Japan that are synonymous with spring. Traditional matcha tasting requires mindfulness, slow tasting appreciation and the opening of all your senses. The perfect accompaniment to yoga.

Address - Seven Lion Yard: 7, Lion Yard, Tremadoc Rd, London SW4 7NQ.

The nearest stations are Clapham North and Clapham High Street.

Date & Time - Saturday 22nd March, 2-3:30pm
